Caledon Square — Primi Piatti
Conversion, extension and renovation of part of the upper York Street commercial quarter, retaining historically significant buildings and introducing Primi Piatti and Home Store. The project underwent Heritage Western Cape approval. It received the George Heritage Trust Andy Lamont Award, and Marsilio Projects received the Master Builders Association (Eastern Cape Chapter) Building of the Year award for the project.
