Fancourt Beach House

Planning and rezoning of a seafront property as a luxury extension of Fancourt Golf Estate, comprising a main building, spa and 15 lodges. Undulating forms and materials draw on the movement of a manta ray and the camouflage of a puff adder to respond to the landscape.
