Islington Surplus Sites

Proposals for private redevelopment of three former social housing sites: Saffron Court, Scott House and Amber Court. The schemes respond to neighbouring Victorian, Georgian and postmodern buildings. Saffron Court proposed approximately 25 one- and two-bedroom apartments, while Scott House proposed approximately 25 two-bedroom apartments.
